Please complete this google form as the final piece Mrs. Acuna and I need to close out the T-TESS Evaluations for the year. 

Please refer to your Beginning of the Year Goals and reflect on your goals for this school year. Complete this google form by Thursday, June 2 by noon. This is one of the final components of your T-TESS evaluation for the year that must be completed in order to close out the year.

Mrs. Acuna and I will be meeting with all of our teachers to close out any observations, summatives, and/or review BOYs for this school year for teachers in the afternoon following the 5th grade award ceremony.
