About Us

In 2016, SWISD was chosen as one of the seven districts in Texas to participate in the Holdsworth District Leadership Program.

 

In 2019, through an application process, Sky Harbour was chosen to represent SWISD in the second cohort of the Campus Leadership Program. In July, our team of five attended our first Holdsworth training and began our journey towards building capacity within our campus.

 

Through our training, we are continuing to strengthen our leadership skills to impact our school and students in a positive manner.
